Declaration of Intent and Tentative Study Plan
This form is needed to apply for the Certificate in Engineering for Energy Sustainability (CEES). Students must complete this form with a faculty member before submitting to the Engineering General Resources (EGR) Office.
Final Course Plan
This form is needed to complete the CEES. Students must hand it to the supervising faculty of their capstone course for final approval.
